You keep all rights to the spreadsheets, files and text you share with us. You grant us the limited permission needed to process that content in order to provide the answer or analysis you asked for.

Formulas, explanations and workbook designs are generated automatically and may occasionally be wrong or incomplete. They are provided as helpful guidance, not as professional, financial, legal or accounting advice. Always test suggestions on a copy of your data before relying on them for anything important.

We work to keep Tweak in the Sheets fast and available, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or withdraw features at any time, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tweak in the Sheets is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss — including lost profits, lost data or business interruption — arising from your use of the service or reliance on its answers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The site may display advertising provided by third-party networks. Ads are separate from the answers and content Tweak in the Sheets produces.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the latest update shown at the top.
