What you type or upload. Questions you ask the Coach, descriptions you enter in Build My Sheet, and spreadsheets, CSV files or screenshots you upload in Fix My Sheet.

Usage data. Standard technical information your browser sends — such as pages visited, approximate device and browser type — used to keep the site running and understand which features are useful.

Tweak in the Sheets does not currently require an account, and we do not ask for your name or email address to use the site.

Your spreadsheet is only used to provide your analysis. Content you share is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) so it can generate the answer, formula or analysis you asked for. We do not sell your files or your data to anyone.

The site may display advertising served by third-party networks (such as Google AdSense). These networks may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can control personalised advertising through your ad provider's settings, and you can block cookies entirely in your browser — the core features of Tweak in the Sheets will still work.

Tweak in the Sheets relies on a small number of service providers to operate, including hosting providers and OpenAI for generating answers. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.

We keep uploaded content only for as long as needed to provide the help you asked for. If you would like something deleted, contact us via the contact page and we will remove it.

If a file contains information you would not email to a supplier, remove or anonymise those columns before uploading it.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The current version is always on this page with the date of the latest update shown at the top.
